Getting to Know Your Product: Live, Virtual Training – Presented Via WebEx
If you want a short product introduction (~4 hr) and the opportunity to ask questions throughout the training, consider this option. These sessions are hosted by product experts and allow you to attend sessions remotely via WebEx, reducing travel expenses but still allowing you to participate in a live discussion.
You will be provided links to resources you can reference later. You will also receive a certificate of completion.
StorNext: Classroom Training – Taught at a Quantum Location or Remotely

These sessions can be taught at a Quantum Training Facility in Englewood, Colorado or in Munich, Germany. If class timing or location is not convenient, you have the option of selecting a class that is taught remotely as a virtual classroom.
All options include the same content, and you get your own virtual environment to practice key configuration and administration tasks using the StorNext GUI and command-line interface (CLI).

If none of the above options meet your need, custom training is an option. In this case, make sure that you and your sales representative meet with the training team prior to purchasing custom training to ensure that the training goals are understood and the number of days are quoted properly.

The Training Cancellation Policy varies based on the type of training, as described below.

All requests for cancellations of Onsite training must be received in writing (email) at least 10 business days before the date the training is scheduled to begin.

Requests Initiated by Customer
All requests for cancellations of instructor-led virtual training must be received in writing (email) at least 5 business days before the time the training is scheduled to begin.
If a request for cancellation is received less than 5 business days before the scheduled start of training, Quantum will make reasonable attempts to fill the allotted training seats/session with other customers. If Quantum does not fill the seats/session, the customer will be charged for the canceled session.

Quantum reserves the right to cancel any Instructor-led Virtual training class due to lack of registrations, by giving notice (via email) at least 5 business days before the scheduled class start date. Optional class dates will be provided at the time of cancellation.
